Oh, I forgot to bing this up, but MEDUSA MYTHOLOGY EXAM WAS YESTERDAY! (3/27/07) w00000t! I think I did okay. There's only three questions I know now I got wrong, and one I'm not sure of. I didn't know who the Spartoi were, that Hectate was also goddess of crossroads, and I forgot who founded Alba Longa.

To Anya and anyone else interested: Every year there's an exam on classical mythology, known as the Medusa Mythology Exam. (Ask your classics teacher, see if they know) Anyway, it's fifty multiple guess questions about a certain theme. For example, last year it was about Heracles (that's the Greek version, Hercules is Romanized) So questions were on his twelve trials, who were his tutors, his becoming a god, etc., etc. This year was very different. It was about all names, places, and things that began with the letters M, E, D, U, S, and A. And there are a lot of those, believe me. I spent the whole day reading those letters in my Encyclopedia of Greek mythology.(FYI for the Muse fans, Urania got her very own question on the exam!)
Personally, mythology is where I tend to shine, so understandably it's one of my high points of the year. Last year I got the highest grade out of anyone in our school, and I recieved a Corona Laurea Certificate. ^.^
