The highlights on Ayne's hair are really amazing, especially in panel 5.

Or you could get the thingamajig from Tomb Raider: The Cradle of Life...as I recall, the trees in there could eat people too. Although they were a lot more creepy. And the people they ate died.

Ahhh, the grass demons will probably tell them they can't sleep on the ground, either.

Ayne looks REALLY good throughout this strip, except maybe in panel 7. You've really gotten better since the beginning. I look forward to seeing the most recent stuff.
