And it definitely looks as though Leaf has been captured/arrested, probably for the incidents earlier on the bridge with the Furies... And Ayne seems to just be protecting him from execution...

looks like heah, they're in prison, and leaf is inside the cell. but ayne is outside the cell, which means she isn't a prisoner. i wonder how she got a nice sword like that? the dwarves seem to be attacking ayne. the lead one in front looks like he's moving too fast not to bang into ayne, so he must be planning to cut past her, which means that they want something with leaf or whoever else might be in the cell.
great artwork, i love the dwarves' costumes and the shadowing.

Also, Mithandir, if you are worried about your kittens coming back, try leaving a bowl of food outside the door. Don't worry though, they should come back on their own.
