kickme says:

Ouch?

Coyote says:

I don't understand Ayne's face in the last panel.

BobbyBG33k says:

Clever guard. Spotted her by her shadow.

Elystriana says:

Silly Ayne forgot her shadow. Good job on Ayne in the 1-3 panels, her hand/face looks a bit wierd on the 6th panel.

Pulsar says:

In the last panel she looks strange because of her big elvish ears :P The white part isn't an eye but an earring, the eye is behind her hair. It makes a lot more sense that way. I love the text in the second panel :D

Tangent says:

What you're seeing is a 1/4th profile. You're seeing her chin (with the marks on her face), lips, and nose. Her hair disguises that, however.

Nebra Reppalk says:

Good job for the guard. I would not have noticed that. However, the situation becomes far more dangerous...

neuefruhling says:

So is that her earing I see on her chin just below her mouth?

Neko says:

Lol, when I first looked at the last panel (panel 6)I thought the dwarf had cut her arm off and she had purple blood...I was like:
"What the freak? I didn't know elves had purple blood!"
Then I realized that the dwarf only cut the sleeve of her shirt...

Faticia says:

You did an excellent job on Ayne in the second panel!

Skreyola says:

I think the last panel is very well drawn. It just looks weird because of the foreshortening of the angle on her face (partly covered by her hair) and arm.

Jynx says:

Hmmm. I don't think I'd sneak into a presumably heavily guarded dwarven prison with a short sleeved shirt on. Leather would be preferable, or at least a longer sleeve...

Chariset says:

So.... does this mean whatever captured the guards doesn't cast a shadow..?

Osk says:

if you stand in a dark corridor, with light on one end, you'll notice it when the light gets blocked. silent as a mouse, big as an elephant. and i have the feeling that the breaking in dwarfs were deceiving the guards, rather than sneaking

BenneyChaos says:

I like the last panel. It looks awkward, because it's an awkward position and angle. I think it was captured well and a bold move to do it that way.

Dark Dragon says:

i've got a couple theories...
1)This is really the one who tied up the others (or what...it may not be a dwarf...)
2)He thinks that whatever got his buddies (that he miraculously escaped from) is behind him.

or he just really hates elves....

Nebra Reppalk says:

Well, when there's a larger-than-dwarf-sized shadow coming behind you and the security has been compromised, it's time to swing first, ask questions later.

Jynx says:

Good point, but it might be a little hard to navigate while on one's knees...:)

E.T. says:

cool!Seaky mouse cast a shadow.
I like it.

E.T. says:

ayne looks like an alien speicise to be poilite

Aerinelf says:

Mm'kay, yeah, she is definitely turning blue.

Aerinelf says:

Um...guys? I think that's her earring in the last panel. She's not turning into an alien. xD

Dark Dragon says:

Good point Nebra. I just noticed the dwarf's expression in panel 5... :)

Jynx says:

-.-' it's gotta be hard, sneaking up on dwarves...

Dark Dragon says:

Eh...Only if you can't stick yourself do the ceiling and drop down on them. (This only works if you actually hit them though...)

Jynx says:

Ayne would be a Naruto-Spiderman cross! XD (no...actually, that would be scary)

Narian Goldword (formerly bookbook) says:

The problem with mice is, they squeak.

TheNextTaggerung says:

Yeah Lemony Snicket was right in The Miserble Mill when he said that 'quiet as mimes' is better
