"Who is negotiating" :-). But the dwarf is right. If another dwarf kills the king, it would be civil war, nothing to do with No-Man's Land. I approve that :-).
Perhaps Amazons and dwarves are two sides of the same coin. Tall women become Amazons, short men become dwarves.

I think taking a dwarf's beard is worse then taking thier life. I like the "dwarf chicks look like dudes" theory. No biological reason a female couldn't have facial hair.
