#574 - Childhood Trauma
NightDancer says:
Wow, I didn't realize until now how truly terrifying a squirrel could be.
I'd run screaming, too.
52BlueDragons says:
Scary squirrel.
http://www.vtwinmama.com/demonic_squirrel_riding_story.htm
BTW I used to be very afraid of birds. When I was 3yrs old a peacock jumped on my head left a scar above my eye.
Chariset says:
Aah! It's a fairy.... snake?
distantvoices
says:
*lol* I do not wanna know either what hauntings are trapped in their hads. ^^
Anakha says:
Aha.....
Well, lets wait for the inevetable explanation (as she said the magic words: "DONT aks" ....)
woulv says:
lol^^ maby the squirrels mistake kids for nuts and store them for winter... or maby the squirrels make decorative items and clothes from their skin.. you ever know^^
Cello says:
Some people have weird phobias. I know people with an octopus phobia, a slug phobia and a frog phobia.
eekee says:
I'm just glad I was on my own as I read the last panel. XD
Pulsy says:
Lol where did Ayne get a squirrel? Was it in her boot or something? Also that's quite a lazy cat there, sleeping on the man's lap instead of attacking the squirrel :D I would kind of have expected cats to be scared of dragons anyway for some reason...
Sitara says:
Nooo, the squirrel was about to get Ayne :( Good thing she caught it first.
You had a peacock jump on your head?? How in the world did that happen?
Mithandir
says:
The squirrel was in fact in the last comic, but he's very hard to find.
Prior Semblance says:
They've obviously seen the Christmas Vacation movie.
Someguy says:
Heh, zoom in on the cat (dude's lap) in the final panel - even he's going "yeah, don't ask."
Also Myhrad's head there looks... froggish.
Skreyola
says:
Squirrels rank right up there with clowns. They're vicious. Death awaits you all with sharp, pointy teeth. Ngggn!
says:
I don't know what he is..(the little flying snake/fey/thingy) but he looks soooo cute! I want one..!
Sasha..x says:
Okay i forgot to add a name above..><
Darius Drake says:
I suddenly want to know all the myths and legends, as well as tall tales, that have been told to this remote village. It seems like they would give interesting insight into why these people are afraid of squirrels and grammar.
Alric says:
Bunnies aren't just cute like everybody supposes,
They've got them hoppy legs and twitchy little noses.
And what's with all the carrots?
What do they need such good eyesight for anyway?
Bunnies, bunnies it must be bunnies!
Laura says:
I like the fact that she can be in the same room with a young dragon with no problem, but at the first sight of a squirrel... aaaaaaagh!
Lise
says:
Once my brother saw a squirrel at his school. The squirrel stared at him, then grabbed its junk and extended its middle finger at him. This is proof that squirrels are demon-possessed. (Or at least the ones at that school.)
Goldenear777 says:
@Alric: Or maybe midgets?
for those of you who don't get the reference, it's Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Season 6, episode 7, Once More With Feeling.
hkmaly
says:
Alric: You know, the more carrots bunny eats, the better he can see birds of prey ...
Pulsy says:
@ Alric: i love that scene :D If Goldenear777 hadn't already replied the next line, i would have :P
Alric says:
@Goldenear777 & Pulsy: "I've got a theory!"
LadyAsher says:
and that squirrel either has six legs or VERY large ears...
l says:
It has teeth about... Look at the bones!!!
Yeah... not very good, but that is what I immediately thought of when I saw this. (and saw everybody talking about rabbits)
l says:
For some reason, I can't seem to find the magnifier on this page. It is on all the others, but not this one.
Mithandir
says:
Fixed now, thanks.
hailstorm says:
STALKER SQUIRREL IS COMING FOR YOUR SOAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Kaylin says:
I found the squirrel on the previous page - it's not that hard even without the magnifier. (it's under the table.)
